Our company always takes care of the customer….Right? But are we really? Your customer calls in to do business with your Company in one of several different areas: Service, Parts, sales, repairs, Finance, pay a bill and find out general information to name a few areas. Most of the time they are calling to spend money or because they have spent money. They are hot customer or potentially hot customers. What are they hearing when you call in? How you treat potential customers once they call says it all!
They call in to hear an informative voice and get help. If you provide them silence or just music at anytime during their call the likelihood that they will hang up during the call is almost 50/50. You will not and cannot always provide a real live person to hang with them 24/7 when they call.
