Can you hear what your customer wants? Is your customer’s time valuable?  Each company wants more loyal customers that think the company is the best place on earth to buy  and get  services …Right?  Honestly you would hope they also brag about you to all their friends and neighbors, co workers relatives, etc.

If you want to have that type of loyal customer it will not happen overnight like we all wish.  Loyal means they have been with you a long time and bought some of your cool aid along the way.  They might even know your radio jingle and know your  people by face and name.

The older generation is by nature loyal… but the new generation…well not so much…To get the newer generation to buy into your cool aid you need to hit them where they are at.  It is no secrete they live on their mobile devices.  They are more apt to call than to stop by and if they have a bad experience on the phone the likely hood that they will give you a pass and stop by is next to none. Silence does not work. Music does not work.  So make sure you have a great Auto Attendant message, transfer message and on hold message to keep them engaged and learning during the call. The goal is to get the next generation to be as loyal as your generation…Right?
