Let your on-hold message speak!  Can you walk the talk? Words come easy and instead of telling your clients or potential partner how good you are, show them that you’re more than just empty words. Impress them with your sincerity, detail to attention and willingness to go the extra mile. You’ll find that they’ll do all the talking for you.  Advertising at its best is when the client gets what you are doing and starts advertising for you. Businesses that are growing know this all to well. It is common in a growing business to realize the fruits of a customers coming to them through referrals of others. Wow! what a great concept in action!

How does that happen. Obviously that did not happen by accident. Typically it happens when your actions speak for you. You went the extra mile, you gave them something they were not expecting. You helped them when they needed you most and did not charge for it. That happened to me. A friend had a flat tire. We took it to Discount Tire (advertising for them now) because she said they would fix the flat for free. I was skeptical but went along anyway.  They did do it for free. It was not even my tire but through that experience I took my car and my nephews car to them the same week…Their actions spoke louder than word!
